I'm new here and new to NROL4W ... I just started this week and have been doing the workouts 3 days/week with HIIT Cardio and then steady state on my off days. I have been lifting regularly since September, but hadn't really felt like I had a good program until now.
When I began in September I was 166 lbs. and about a month ago I was down to 151-152 lbs. I stayed there for a month and couldn't seem to drop below 151 (even a fraction of a pound below). I only weigh once a week and at the same time on the same scale. Anyway, I really felt like I was stagnant, so I bought NROL4W. I am so happy to say that this morning I was 150.0 lbs! Woo hoo
