Default cheat meals

I would like to figure out a way to incorporate one cheat meal a week. Has anybody else done this on NROLFW w/out gaining fat?

a yup. I have had pizza one time and bob evans another time. I have gained weight--muscle--but no fat. I've had to make myself eat them honestly, and I was scared to death. But I think for me to get out of my obsessive mind set, it's almost necessary.

I'm a cheater. We go out to eat once a week but I generally control myself and I get better each time at making good choices -- and, just as important, I still enjoy myself.

I follow precision nutrition, so 10% of my meals each week are cheat meals. That equals about 4 meals each week that I eat whatever I want. I of course focus those around dinners out with friends, parties, etc. I would rather scoop my eye out with a spoon than eat clean 100% of the time. I have lost about 7% body fat with this approach (as well as hard core workouts) since July. To me...eating clean more than 90% is just plain insane and impossible to keep up if you live a normal life.
