I follow precision nutrition, so 10% of my meals each week are cheat meals. That equals about 4 meals each week that I eat whatever I want. I of course focus those around dinners out with friends, parties, etc. I would rather scoop my eye out with a spoon than eat clean 100% of the time. I have lost about 7% body fat with this approach (as well as hard core workouts) since July. To me...eating clean more than 90% is just plain insane and impossible to keep up if you live a normal life.
