Question about being sick
Hi all,
I'm very new to this forum and to NROL4W. I started the program two weeks ago and was 3 workouts in when I came down with the flu and was out of the gym for over a week. My question is this: should I pickup where I left off or should I start over with Workout 1? I can't figure out the best way to go.
