Default Carb cutoff

Okay, last question for the night What are your thoughts on eating carbs at night?

As long as they fit into your calories for the day, they're fine. I'd have a balanced snack if you want it.

Some people report sleeping better with some carbs at night.

Used to believe it was bad to eat them at night. Now it's the preferred time to eat them, apart from during a workout. Carbs make me (and many others) sleepy and hungry. Tired too at times.
Not so good in day time, but great as sleep aids.

If you feel way more alert & vigorous with carbs plus don't have that overeating going on, you may feel great with carbs in day time, like in the first few meals and then not eat carbs later at night.
