Hey, I posted mine and there is no weight change and barely any change in measurements, and no obvious change in my photos.

I've been reading that a lot of us feel we haven't made noticeable progress yet, but the progress we make isn't supposed to be necessarily obvious in 1 month. Go back and read page 69 of the book, where the changes are described. They describe small changes maybe being noticeable after the first month, at which point we are supposed to decide if we need to tweak the diet.

Obviously if we weren't on track the first month, we get back on track the second....and go from there.

Come on, dropping out doesn't help anything, and chances are you will not stick it out on your own as well as you will with the group.

I keep telling myself that what is important is that I stick to this for the 6 months. If all I've accomplished is exercising regularly, damn, that would be such an accomplishment. If I can drop some fat weight, even better....and if I pack on a few pounds of muscle, I'll look hot eventually.

Please don't quit, I don't want to be the only person who's put up pictures and stats that haven't changed.

not much gets to me and i usually take things in stride. this week was a little difficult for me as i strained a glute muscle doing my deadlifts on monday. i made it through the rest of the workout without any real pain, but i decided to take a few days off and rest up. i think i made the right decision because i am all healed up and raring to hit the weights tomorrow. karen
