Hi from (cold and icy) Kansas City! I've been lurking for a couple of days now & finally registered. My boyfriend introduced me to NROL recently, so I picked up the book this week & read it cover to cover, and even did my workout #1 today. And loved it! (those prone jackknives are HARD!)
I'm a runner (after a lifetime of inactivity and chubbiness, even after 2 years of running, I still feel weird saying that!) and am starting to get more interested in developing strength instead of endurance.
I'm glad to find this place and wanted to say hi.
