Default HIIT and Stage 1

Does it matter if I add HIIT after my lifting sessions in Stage 1? I just finished up a Turbulence Training 12 week program and HIIT was done after every lifting session. It's not that I'm "missing" HIIT or anything, I just liked doing a ton all in one day and getting it over with. I know the later stages have HIIT afterwards so I didn't know if it really mattered if I added some in early. I'm talking about 18-19 min worth. Thanks!

Go for it. Your body already knows what to expect. Use some of Craig's bodyweight circuits. Those are great.


FYI: I know what you mean, but this isn't technically HIIT. It's either intervals or circuits, and it's very metabolic and it's good stuff. But, just sayin'.

Ok great! Yeah, I love those bodyweight ones. Ok...I really hate them....but love them. Total love/hate relationship when you feel like you're going to throw up...but you feel awesome afterwards!
