Default Looking (way) ahead - maintenance

So I know this is jumping the gun a bit, since I'm only a week into the program, but I can't help but wonder ... what kind of maintenance program does one follow after this 6 month program?

After this program, I'll just jump right into another. Maybe back to original NROL. My plan is to always be challenging myself. I'm not really thinking of it as maintenance, per se.

I am considering doing cross fit in 6 months--I have read about it, and I am intrigued. unfortunately, the nearest place is about 45 min away, but I could go on saturdays.

depends on where I am - chances are I'll still be in a losing mode so I'll choose something appropriate for that - I might add some summer-related sports activities into the mix but chances are for lifting I'll continue on a planned program

Wouldn't it be accurate to say that maintenance, fat loss, or "bulking" up is more a function of how much you are eating as opposed to the actual workout program you are doing?
