At the present time I won't be making it available from thefitcast.com. I jsut hosted it, recorded it and edited it then gave it to JB. So if he, AC, Lou and Cass let me, I will host it for free for people that want it.

No I just created the free account and the interview is not availble to me since i am not a "customer".
Is it permissable for those of us who have the podcast to burn it to CD and mail it to people who can't get it? If I can get permission from whoever owns the rights to the podcast, I'd be happy to mail CDs to people for the price of shipping. I don't want to be involved in piracy, though.
since JB is explicitly making it available to his "for pay" subscribers and Kevin isn't hosting it on his free site- my guess is JB doesn't want you to burn it for those of us who don't pay for access to his site. You could always buy one of JB's products, any of them, and then you would become a member. Metabolism Advantage is a great book and not very expensive. Precision Nutrition is expensive, but it's an awesome nutrition program with tons of great information.

I think that since were told that a free downloadable MP3 was going to be made available when we were asked to provide questions that I shouldn't have to purchase an additional product in order to hear the podcast.

I bought MA, created an account on JB's site and still don't have access to the podcast.
When you first join, you are given basic member status. When I did it, I got a confirmation and full status in about a day. I don't remember exactly, since it was a while back.
I just heard from John. The podcast will be in the free area of his site within a week.
I'm sorry about the confusion. I have so much to keep track of right now that I'm lucky if I remember three-fourths of what I'm supposed to do in any given day.
JB posted the newletter this afternoon. And you can access it as a basic member.
BTW, they are no longer giving full access when you buy Metabolism Advantage. I learned that back in March of last year. Amanda said it is due to the big changes the boards have been through and they want to keep the main parts to the full PN customers.
