Okay, who all has lost weight and how much? I have lost 2 pounds initial water weight. I won't feel I am really losing until I have passed that. I am still in control, though, and for longer than I have been in years!

I'd suggest checking your measurements, taking pictures and seeing how your clothes fit as preferred forms of measuring progress. It's possible that you might be at the same weight, but a different body composition. Just a thought, only because I was dogged by that for the longest time - the scale would always read 230-240 after months and months, but pictures and clothes did indicate progress.

Doh! I've been outed! LOL Yep, those are my eyes. Actually, just one of them. Being a lazy slob, I just pasted one eye twice.
I ate my first "Nat sandwich" last night, by the way. Minus the Ezekiel bread. I subbed in some low-sugar, whole wheat bread instead, slathered on the mustard, topped with eggs & turkey breast. Yum!!!
Congrats!

I'm down 7 or so pounds but it's leveled off this week, thankfully. I weigh daily as a way of tracking my trends but I'm not at all worried about the numbers on the scale.

I'm up a pound. I'm more concerned with measurements right now though and I've promised myself I will only take them at the first of the month. I could always feel the fat around my tummy jiggle and wiggle when I walk - but now, I don't feel it as much!!!

Me, too, by 1-2 pounds. I'm only going to take measurements about once a month when I do pics because otherwise I'll just drive myself crazy. I check the scale every day, but as long as it's in the same range with no drastic changes, I'm not going to get worked up about it.

I am up and down a bit each day as well. It gets a bit frustrating, but I keep telling myself that I am trying to establish life long habits of good health.
Overall, I am only down 1 pound, 1/2 inch loss in chest and waist and 1/2 inch gain in my hips. Hopefully, over time, I will see more dramatic changes. I may also need to lower my calories a bit to see much weight loss.
Let's keep up the good habits! Over time, even if I may only lose a couple of pounds, that is better than wasting time by not doing anything and either gaining weight and/or fat or staying where I was.

I can't remember which thread it was in, but monthly pics are due by the first Monday of every month. I'll bet Julie starts a monthly pic thread.

Thanks, Stingo! Talking about "losing weight" is an old habit! I should have asked for progress reports!
And congratulations to all of you who have made progress and are working hard!

If my calculations are even slightly correct I'm blown away by my results. I'm tracking bodyweight and fat% as averages over 4 measurements.
Since Jan 7 when we officially started my body weight hasn't really changed except to go up and down a pound or so. But my BF% has dropped from 33% to 31%. Which is a 3 lb fat loss and a 2 lb muscle gain. And yes, I can feel the muscles in my body and see the change in my upper body.
YEHAW!!!
Now to be honest....I'd still like to be 10 lbs lighter, and I keep thinking I should diet.
BTW, I have totally started doing less cardio. It was hard to do, but physically I feel a lot better and less tired.

Yes it's all about progress. Judging from the preliminary reports, there's quite a bit of that (progress) going on here. Excellent work.
