Default CT workout - This Sunday (NEW!! Video Added!!)
Hey all,

Tomorrow (Sunday), Victoria, UConnJuile and I are going to kick some butt in the gym together.

We'll try to post some pics and will definitely post comments to let you all know what happened.

And, although the ladies think I'll kick their butts, I think it might be the other way around...these girls are TUFF!

I am SO jealous!! I would love to be there. Alas, I will be in Chemistry class all day thinking of you three.....my Spring Semester starts tomorrow. And, not to mention, I'm in Ohio! Darn!

You know, if I weren't planning on finishing up my Grad. applications tomorrow (Cass--I'm applying to UConn, it's my first choice!), I would totally take you up on that offer! Have fun ladies--I look forward to hearing all about it

All I can say right now is that we had a blast!

Cass is awesome ... very helpful and knowlegable ... and generous!!

Can't wait to do it again Cass ... this time we'll make you sweat!!

I'm applying to the English program (I'm an English Lit. major). My application arrived at UConn yesterday--I got a confirmation e-mail. I'm so nervous...it's a really competitive program to get into. I don't know if you kinesiology folks have much contact with the English department...but any leg-up I can get, I'd take Is kinesiology your major? I know you're studying nutrition specifically, but I'm not sure if that's a subset of the kinesiology major or not
