In the book The New Rules of Lifting for Women by Lou Schuler. This forum is dedicated to the programs written in that book.

PERFORMAX Performance Training, training camps, programs and products for athletes and coaches

The original bands were made by JumpStretch and you can buy them from Elite Fitness Systems: Elite Fitness Systems

All three of those places are reputable companies with good customer service. Dave is great, as are the guys from Iron Woody's. I bought my purple band from Dave and I also have a pair of minibands from Iron Woody's.
My assisted pullups package just came in the mail from Iron Woody's today! Very excited. Thanks for this info -- if I didn't know about these I would be doing pullovers straight through the program.
