Default How/where to post corrections?

I'm going through the book with joy and fascination, but every once in awhile I see something that I either think looks off, or literally jumps off the page at me screaming, "nope!".

One example, the suggestion to get a Subway wrap as a fast food option - true their nutrition was good, but they were discontinued in early 2007. So much for quasi-lowcarb stuff at Subway.

So.... are these forums a good place to air potential misprints?

Thank you, and back in I go into the book...

Okay, sorry about that one.

Also, the name of the official website for the NROL books is The New Rules of Lifting. (The URL mentioned in the book goes to Alwyn's personal website, which is fine, but doesn't give readers the downloadable training-log page promised in the book.)

What else?

Other corrections.... I need to do a little number-crunching, but there are a few recipes where on quick inspection the calorie counts did not add up. I won't post those until I confirm.... But of course years of counting stuff myself makes those kinds of details jump out at me.

Thanks, Lou!

Lou - the math for the example on pg 13-14 doesn't seem to add up.
We were discussing it here about post #16 & 17

I wonder if that's a regional thing. I'm in WI and I buy Subway wraps 3-4 times per month!

With the low-carb wrap (made with sesame flour) or a white tortilla? They still do the wraps with tortillas AFAIK. Just not the low-carb wrapper (which I loved).

Default Tables A &B Stage 2

Lou, I have a couple questions.

The workout B table for Stage 2 does not list any of the exercises as alternating sets, however they are numbered as B1, B2 etc. Is this a typo or should we be alternating those sets?

Also, Workout A in Stage 2 is set up in two tables. A-C2 in one table and D1 & D2 in a separate table below. Was there a reason for this?

thanks!

Yes, the workouts are alternating sets (ie B1/B2, C1/C2, etc). Not sure why the separate tables. You might get a quicker response in the questions for the authors sticky.
