Most decent photo manipulation or image editors have this feature. I have PSP7, from long ago.
I don't even want to upgrade because the newest versions have removed favorite features, like Animation Shop.

Well, having finished HELL, I'm ready for a new challenge. I am taking a full week off in between, though, so I'll be a week behind you, but I'm in for the whole six months.
For my story, see my HELL log first post
Beginning stats:
Height: 5’4’’ almost
Weight: 116
Body Fat: 18% (tanita scale)
Neck: 12
Bust: 31 (no laughing :P)
Natural waist: 26
Low rise waist: 29 (took it so I would know fancy jean size)
Hips: 34.5
Right thigh: 21
Right bicep relaxed: 10
Goals: - Weight: 115
- Body Fat: between 13-15
- Get back the butt I had in high school (gulp)
- 1.5 bodyweight squat (172.5)
- 205 plus deadlift
- 135 bench

- eat sensibly without always having to be ultra anal about counting

I’m so excited to read everyone’s stories and see how much you’ve all already accomplished! I’m very honored to be a part of this with you! Here’s to completing the challenge and always moving forward!

This has to be a step in the right direction, right??
Ok... Im holding my breath and closing my eyes...doesnt matter how
much I wish these arent going to look any better so here they are:
Stats(super depressing) :
Age: 31
Weight: 176.5
Height:63"
Waist: 40"
Tummy: 44.7" (no wonder my jeans never fit right)
Hips: 44.1"
Chest: 42.9"
Arm(upper):13.4"
Calf: 15.2"
Thigh: 26"
Okay thats enough.
My body fat %: 44.69 (per FitToghether.net body Comp report)
Cripes, okay deep breath in...
Plan
NROLW - I will be following the program in the book.
3 times a week. I will be trying to go to the gym at lunch - I had started the NROL last year in our home gym - having 3 kids talking to you as you try to do these workouts is next to impossible. If the gym is a bust my husband said he would help me get the workouts done at home. I am SUPER afraid to go the gym its just overwhelming my coworkers go there at lunch and I am dreading anyone seeing me in workout clothes - let alone see the fatigue that will show with these workouts. WHO CARES Right? Its not their health.
Nutrition
Precision Nutrition and general rules of good eating - basically follow my husband who does all this stuff everyday and has had amazing results.
I need to try to eat 5 meals per day, and eat well before the workouts so I do not pass out but not to much because I already felt like throwing up after workout B in NROL I learned alot by trying those workouts.
Calorie intake about 1500 - this may alter as I learn more.
I need the tough love too! Okay lets do this!

I'm in! I'll add my pics tonight.
Age: 34
Height: 5'5
weight: 115 (as of tonight)
Measurements:
Chest: 34.5"
R. Leg: 20"
L. Leg: 20"
Hips: 33"
waist: 27 1/4"
R. bicep: 10 1/2"
L. bicep: 10 1/2"
R. calf: 13"
L. calf: 13"
I worked through NROL Hypertrophy for several months. I've gained 7 lbs. My goal is to gain 10 - 12 lbs total before I diet down a little. I am hoping to reach that goal by mid- February. I will then begin to diet from February - May. From May - August I will be try and maintain my weight.... then a building program will begin again!
Workouts:
Follow NROL 4W... lift weights 3 x's a week. No cardio until I gain my 10 - 12 lbs.

I'm in, deadline tomorrow right? Got pics, need to get measurements so I'll do that in the morning when I weigh in and post then. I'm pretty jazzed! Lost 70+ pounds on low cal and walking and then plateaued out. Need to finish up to my goal with this program and I'm really looking forward to it. It feels weird to eat enough again LOL!

Challenge stats
Gulp....this is one of the hardest things I've ever done (the picture part!)
Age: 43
Height: 5' 5"
Weight: 185
BodyFat: don't know
Right upper arm: 15"
Chest (nipple level): 44"
Rib cage: 40.5
Waist (taken at navel): 39.5"
Stomach: 45"
Hips: 43"
Upper right Thigh: 24.5
The Plan:
Lifting: according to NROL4Women
Cardio: a mixture of whatever I feel like, hill repeats, HIIT, etc.
Food: I'm going for 1661 calories
60 g. fat
150 g. carbs
130 g. protein
Goal: I hope to lose 3 pounds per month. Long term goal would be to get down to 150 pounds and then see how I feel.
Training Log: I couldn't think of a cute name for my log, but here it is....

Aw, don't worry about it Fitwit. Here I'll put mine up, they make me cringe into a little lump erm...make that a big lump LOL
I'm 5'10" 184.4 pounds
Measurements I'll put in my training journal when I set that up later.
Goal: I'd like to get down to the 150-160 range by midsummer and gain a lot of strength.
Plan: NROL4W plan, cals at about 1500-1700 depending if it's a workout day. I have whey at the ready to meet the protein macro, I'll see where the others fall on Fitday and adjust from there. I try to eat clean according to the Weston Price folks. No soy, seed oils, HFCS, frankenfood fillers, transfat etc.
I do need to continue endurance training for my summer western firefighting trip(s) so the elliptical will work for that with intervals and some longer stints.
:heavy sigh:
Here goes.

First Post. Joining Challenge
My name is Melanie. I'm joining the challenge.
I finished the Break-In workout and completed two weeks of the Fat Loss 1 workout in NROL4M before I picked up the NROL4W last week. My goal was to maintain weight over the holidays while integrating exercise back into my life.
This morning I finished the first workout in Stage 1. I've been lurking the past few weeks, but thought it was time to officially jump in the mix.
I look forward to learning more about fitness, lifting, and diet throughout this challenge.
Three years ago I began training for sprint triathlons, lost 17 lbs and 2 pant sizes with the aid of Weight Watchers, only to have it all slowly creep back. I'd like to blame grad school as the culprit that led me astray, but that is the easy way out.
My stats:
Age: 34
Ht: 5'4
Wt: 150
BMI: 26
Measurements:
Upper chest: 34 1/2
Waist:32 1/2
Hips:44'
thighs:24

I want in! I just finished the book & am ready to get started (almost). I'm out of town right now & won't get back to my computer and my gym until Friday! Can I post my pictures and get started on the 14th?
Age: 35
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 150
My goals are:
1. Feel stronger & have more energy
2. Get back to my pre-child weight of 135
3. To be able to make my husband do a double-take when I walk by!
I'll be doing the NROL4W training plan. I'm addicted to my treadmill class, so it will be hard to give that up. It's a lot of fun, but I've been doing it for months and haven't seen any results (other than increased endurance & sore knees). I'm ready to try something different.
Still haven't figured out the nutrition portion yet. Trying to figure out a way to eat right, but not have to fix completely different meals for myself and my family of 4.
Sooo, hopefully I'll be permitted to join in a little late. I'll try to find a tape measure around here somewhere. We're visiting my dad for the end of the holiday season & I would probably traumatize him if I asked him to take photos of me half-dressed. The pics will have to wait too!

Hello! I've been a member here a while, posted a few time back when I first joined, but then lost track of the site. I recognize a few friends from O2; in fact Paula has agreed to be my virtual workout partner for NROL4W so I will be starting Monday with y'all. I have my spreadsheet at the ready even!
I had DH take start pictures tonight. I will post them tomorrow along with stats/goals/plans (before the deadline - I really need this "no coddling" clause), but I wanted to introduce myself to you tonight since I had a minute to check in.
hopin' you'll have a relative stranger (or is that a stranger relative? heh, I'm not funny, I know - but don't worry, that's my first and last joke!)

I don't want to intrude on this thread as I feel like it belongs to the women participating, but I just wanted to drop in and say "hey" to all the new members, and to let you know that it takes some serious guts to do what you all are doing, and I hope that you are proud of yourselves for taking this first big step.
This thread was a great idea, and hopefully you will all find the extra support you need in here to give you that final push towards achieving your goals. I have met all the authors of this book in person, and can tell you that all three are brilliant and all around excellent people who have laid out a real blueprint for success.
I won't take up any more space in this thread, but I'll be watching. This program isn't about luck, so I won't wish it. It is truly about getting out of it what you put in, so may you all exceed your goals!
