Hi everyone, I'm in, nervous i've never done this but i'm in.
age: 22
height: 5'9
weight: 156 lbs
Bust: 36
waiste: 31
Hips: 36 1/2

Hi Green Eyes...good luck! Do you have a certain diet plan in mind or will you follow the plan in the NROL4W book? Your goals and pics look good! Oh, I like the color of your walls too!

The Plan
Lifting
I’m going to do New Rules of Lifting for Women with lifting days being on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The plan will be to do all the workouts in this book from beginning to end with a rest week between each phase for recovery. Rest weeks will focus on learning any new exercises along with Flexibility and Mobility work.
Aerobic Activity
I’ll be doing Aerobic Activity along with Flexibility and Mobility on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I plan on working my way through the HELL Aerobic Drills so that I can actually do them.
Eating
Since I did the break-in and fat loss I programs in New Rules of Lifting last summer, I know I have to eat a little more to support my activity on Alwyn’s programs. So initially my plan is 2500 calories a day on lifting days, 2400 calories a day on Aerobic days, and 1750 calories a day on rest days. I’m not overly concerned with caloric ratios, but my main source of foods will be lean protein, veggies and fruit, and healthy fats. I’m allowed 1 cheat meal a week.

I am going to try to post my pictures again, try to make them bigger. The other was so small, but if I am not able to, I will just have to go with the smaller.
I will be following the NROL4W , and will try to do as exactly as the book lay out, As for my diet, I will be following the WW points plan and try to get as much protien as I can with WW.
My goal is to lose about 40 pounds total , but in the 6 month period ,it will be 30. I want to lose 40 by my birthday on Sept. 19. I will be going on vacation the following weeek, and I want to surprise all my family when they see me. Because for the last 10 years or so, I am always going to lose the weight, but this time I will have lost the weight.
Her are my Stats
age 54..I think I may be the oldest person on the challenge...I hope not.

The ladies are gonna kick ass. There are, like, three guys in their challenge so far.  Slackers.
Oh, and by the way. Since I'm pretty much at, or very near, my goal weight...I won't be participating. However, I would like to be the official cheerleader if you ladies will let me.

jill, that would be great to have our very own dedicated cheerleader. although, once I reach my goal weight, I think I might continue to participate in these challenges and just focus on fitness related goals instead.
