Just Curious ...
I have heard many women say that they plan to start NROL4W after the New Year ... thought it might be nice to have an idea of who, all in one thread.
I'm so grateful that JP made this sub-forum as it will make it easy for us to keep track of one another.
Victoria and I were talking last weekend too about maybe having a challenge using NROL4W ... any takers?
So ... post to this thread if you are planning on doing NROL4W after New Years, and indicate your interest in some sort of challenge ...

HELL will end for me on the 31st of December. I'm taking 1 to 2 weeks off of any programs and then plan to start NROLW. I would love to be part of some sort of challenge--it would be motivating!

I'm in! If I can get myself through this TNT program (ahem....starting again this Monday), I'll be about ready after the 1st of the year, too! Two Alwynesque programs in a row...can I stand it?!

I'm mostly a lurker here, but I plan on starting NROF4W (I have it on pre-order) in January. I think I'm going to have a very busy Jan/Feb and I'm getting married in March in Hawaii, so a challenge would be great to keep me on track.

I’m a big fan of NROL and have the new one book order. I’ve only primarily done Fat Loss I and II and tried the T-pushups! I like trying new exercises.
One thing I remember from that book is that Lou said don’t worry about the dork factor when you print up your workout sheet and carry your clipboard with you. So I made up my own spreadsheet and even have groovy colored headings. But it really helps me get through a workout without wasting time trying to decide what to do next. I like to have alternatives for everything in case someone is in our one squat rack or lat pulldown machine.
But the good news is our gym is expanding the workout areas. I think these types of workouts are getting popular.
I went through NROL last winter and went down a pant size and really dug getting compliments.
My main challenge is to:
1) DO IT twice a week
2) Improve waist to hip ratio. Mine is pretty bad right now, like 98%

I'll be starting it as soon as it comes in the mail! I am currently on FLII and will probably be in the middle of HTI when NROL4W comes out, but I'm willing to make the switch at that time. I'm looking forward to following along with everyone, so it will be great if we can all start at the same time.

I'm guessing we'll all be in various stages of our current programs. So, maybe we can all pick a start time that works for most if not all of us.

Me too ... I'm thinking of starting January 7th ... Amazon says it will be shipped on the 28th, so that gives it time to get here and time to read it and get prepped ...

That would work perfectly for me. My birthday's the 6th, so I can eat cake on my b-day and then start fresh on the 7th! (And, of course, we HAVE to start on a Monday cuz you just do!)
