Default New forum for a new book

Lou's NROLFW is just about to be released. If you haven't pre-ordered your, please follow the link on the side bar of the main page. Lou is heavy into many deadlines at the moment, but says that he will jump in here and help answer questions after the book is released.

I'm really looking forward to the nutrition part of this since Forsythe has done research with Dr Volek, who co-authored the TNT book with Adam Campbell.

I pre-ordered mine the day Lou put it on his blog I think!! I cannot wait! Cass is awesome, and has taken the time to answer several emails from me with questions about various things ... Alwyn is not only a genius and a delight to listen to, but also someone who has happily answered emails with questions I have had about his programs. And Lou ... where to start about Lou ... Just the best. These are without a doubt three of the nicest professionals I have met with superior knowledge, who share it happily for nothing. This book is inexpensive ... and if it is anything at all like NROL, EVERYONE should get a copy!

I can't wait to start this program after the holidays ...

Great idea on starting this sub-forum JP!!

Still budgeting to pre-order a few copies for gifts as the holidays near, but obviously I'm keeping one for my own reference

Thanks JP, and everyone else!

Like JP said, I'm over-my-head busy with another deadline. But I'll spend a lot of time in here in December and January answering readers' questions. I'll get Cass to jump in here as well to answer nutrition questions. Alwyn's perpetually busy, but if any workout questions come up that I can't answer, I'll email him and try to get his response in a timely fashion.

That is certainly one of the benefits of having some one of Lou's caliber around. You get support that is Not Available in Stores. Sorry I couldn't resist. I'm looking forward to it.

And if you pre-order today, you can get it for the exact same price you'll pay eight weeks from now! But there's more! As a free bonus, you'll help the author resist the urge to start drinking before noon! Don't hesitate -- an offer like this can only last until the author passes out and hits his head on a file cabinet!

How do you buy this for a woman without her asking, "Do you think I'm fat?"

Find a woman that isn't an irritating, whiney bitch?

I pre-ordered mine a long time ago and I've been working through the original NROL programs but plan to switch to NROL4W as soon as I get it. It will be great to be starting it with a bunch of you at the same time!

You pretty much don't. As delicate situations go, getting one's wife to start working effectively is right up there with bringing peace to the Middle East.

They're for friends who I've worked with before in the gym and in the kitchen. My program design abilities only go so far, and it'd be more convenient for all of us if they just had a book they could follow.

I can't wait to see the advertsing for this one.

The key is the right answer, which seems to involve saying not much at all, but more looking . . at her face . . with a loving expression. Actually LOOKING at her supposed "problem areas" (which are always bits I'm rather fond of, go fig) is almost as wrong as, "Yup."

Hello All!

Thank you so much JP for putting a forum up here for the book.

This book is hands down one of the best training and diet books out there for women (and I'm not just saying that because I was part of it). I just got my pre-author copy the other day and, even though I read it once when we did the edits, I read it again the day I received it. All the information we originally put in the book is still there - nothing got edited out.

I'll try to be around as much as possible to answer any nutrition-related (or even training-related, since I've already done the program). Right now I'm busy doing my PhD dissertation, but I will pop in at least once a day if I can.

Cassandra
