Default Question on 25 reps

I'm entering the 25 rep phase in the Hypertrophy II program. What do you think of doing 25 reps per set? When I took a weight-training class at community college, the instructor said doing anything beyond 15 reps is not very productive...

It builds work capacity. Obviously you don't want to do 25 rep sets for every muscle, every workout, but doing them sometimes is a good thing. IIRC, Hyper 2 is 6-8 weeks long. If you do those 25 rep sets over that time period it will improve your ability to deal with what happens as your muscles fatigue.
