Default Hypertrophy III Question

Quick question- I just finished Strength II and will be starting Hypertrophy III tomorrow. I see that for Workout A, Dip & DB Clean Superset, for workouts 1, 4, 7 and 10 you aren't supposed to do them. Anybody know the reason for that?
