Default Front sqauts for strength I

Hey I was thinking about doing front squats instead of back squats, just wondering if anybody else has given it a shot

from what I can tell here the consensus seems to be stick to the program and if you veer away from it you should do it out of necessity. If you go off the path and do your own thing then you're not really doing NROL but of course that doesn't mean you won't have results.

I don't think the difference will be that significant... but why do you want to make the switch? Do you have a shoulder issue or some other reason for avoiding the back squats?

I work out at home, and don't have a squat rack. I only do front squats or goblet squats. They seem to work fine for me so far.

I like the depth I get from the front squat compared to the back squat. Its easier for me get to parallel with the front squats.
