Default Reached my first goal of 200lbs!

I'm 5'11 and started at 242 lbs. I hopped on the NROL bandwagon 2 months ago, and was already down around 220. I just completed FLI, and I start FL II on Sunday (Bulgarian split squats with an overhead press, oh how I fear thee). My ultimate goal is to reach 185, and then I want to start HYP I or STRENGTH I

In my last FLI sessions I squatted 215x8, deadlifted 205x8, and used 60lb dumbells for the incline bench. It felt amazing. I never thought that I could lift that much weight. I also love watching people that do tons of arm exercises, but have flabby or tiny legs.

One more thing, Has anyone else noticed a significant drop in weight during their weeks off? I lost around 3 pounds during my break from the break-in, and have had a similar experience during my break from FLI. I have eaten the same around 1700 calories a day, but its just really strange.

Those are amazing results! Congrats! You'll be 185 soon enough at that rate.

I also noticed a drop in my weight during my week off after FLI. I was about 169 lbs and dropped to about 165 lbs during that week. Not much, but I was surprised to see it because I thought that I need to gain weight, not lose weight! My pants are almost two inches looser from NROL so far! I guess I was a bit of a fatty after all.

No, the weight hasn't dropped. Just consider yourself lucky

Thanks. I had a "cheat" meal this weekend to celebrate. Ribs, Mac-and-Cheese, and some fries. It made me a little sick.

I also skateboarded about 15 miles while my girlfriend rode her bike, so I am sure that I made up for my cheat meal.

FLII is killer, but that's how I know that it is working.
