Default Hyper II questions

I am getting ready to start Hyper II next week after finishing Hyper I.
I have 2 questions though and appreciate the help.

1) I can't do 25 chin ups in a row and I notice its 2 sets. Should I just break it down and do what I can until I reach 50. I can usually do 10 to 15 depending on how fatigued I am.

2) On workout A is there a sub for seated wide grip cable rows. I subbed that out with barbell row in Hyper I but In Hyper II you already do that anyway with a reverse grip.

For chin-ups, I use a weight-assisted pull-up machine. I give myself more help when the workout plan calls for higher reps.
