Default Strength 1 - Scheduling consecutive workouts

getting ready to start Strength I. The program says to do A,B,C,D on consecutive days in ORDER. does that mean I need to go Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs or can I put a rest day in between and go Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun?

It says you can do 2, 3, or 4 workouts a week, as long as you do them in order. So it sounds like rest days in between are fine.

I just started Strength 1 myself, and I plan to do it 3x per week, Mon, Wed, and Fri. If that works okay for a week or two, I might try 4x per week, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.

I do 1 and 2 back to back, skip a day and then do 3 and 4 back to back.

That makes sense, because they are essentially lower body/upper body splits.
