Default FL III Question

Hello all,

Been on the NROL program for a few months and just recently found this site and have enjoyed reading all the posts.

Anyway I have a question about FL III workout A. My buddy who is doing the program with me thinks that you are not supposed to do both legs when doing the BSS. He was doing one leg in the first giant set and then doing the other leg during the next giant set. I thought you do both during each giant set. Could someone please confirm that I am right and he is wrong?

With Alywn, a good rule of thumb is to err on the side of more work/suckage for you
Each leg.

Yeah, you should do both in each set.

In the book it calls this out specifically, noting that you start with your weak leg in order to fatigue you, so when you immediately switch over to the strong leg, it's harder.
