Default Strength III question

ok....this is probably a stupid question - but I'm stumped. I am ready to begin SIII in the morning. the workout chart is different than the other workouts i've done in NROL. In wo A for example, it starts with the squat (6 sets) then there is a line separating the squat from the next exercise - the 1/4 squat....why the line separating them? up till now when there was a line it was preceded by the instruction "superset w/ full rest". and if i am not to superset...why is there not a line between EACH exercise instead of simply separating the first exercise from the other 4??

I confused myself just trying to explain that..i hope someone is pickin up what i'm puttin down! bottom line: how do I properly execute this workout??!! Help!

Do you have the hardcover?

I have the paperback, and each exercise is separated by a solid line -- indicating that the 5 exercises (in Workout A&C) are done as straight sets.

In Workouts B & D, the first exercise is done as straight sets, the next 2 are alternating sets (or superset /w full rest), and the last exercise is straight sets.
