Default Suggestions for less leg workouts in FL2

I am in Fat Loss 2. I also do intervals, 4 cycles for 22 minutes. I am 5' 10" and weigh about 175 lbs. I carry my weight in my upper thighs, buttocks, and lower stomach. I understand the "Total Body Workout" idea, however, doing the squats and deadlifts, my legs and buttocks have gotten bigger than I'd like. I would like to work on more upper body exercises with abs. I also like doing the intervals on a treadmill.

Suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

If you don't want to work your legs, don't work them.

That has zero to do with if you are doing the upper body portion of the workout or if it is sufficient for your needs. It is either a good program with good recovery built in for upper body or it is not. Just because you decide to not work legs and therefore have extra time on your hands doesn't mean you need to fill it with more upper body work. If you know what I mean.

Maybe you should find a program written for the beach muscles and change to that if it would suit you better. And by that I mean one written for the volume of upper body work and recovery from same that you are interested in rather than randomly add extra to NROL FL2 program because you don't want to work legs and want more upper body.

Personally, I think you should keep the squats and deadlifts. Chances are when you lose whatever body fat you want to lose you'll be happy that you did. Plus deadlifts are great for the back and squats work your core.
