Hi,

Long time browser - first time poster. I found this site a few weeks ago when I was looking for advice on how to do BSS without killing myself. Thanks to everyone for all the great advice.

I've been doing NROL for about 12 weeks now. Tonight was my first time at Weight Loss Two, Workout B. I just want to say I hate Alwyn, Lou, and everybody else who has ever encouraged me to lift weights. LOL

I'm wasted. I thought I ached after my first week of squats, when I could hardly hobble up the stairs to my second story apartment. Tonight was a killer, especially the BSS w/overhead press (could only do 3x6x30 each leg)

I'm looking forward to making some great on-line friends,

Jeff

Welcome to JPs! You should start a training log. It's a great way to share your workouts and make new "friends" and such.

Yeah, I'll second (or third!) that one about the BSS with overhead press. Just did my first FLIIB this morning and just about threw up after completing that second superset.
