Default Fat Loss I

Currently doing FL I. The book says to do 6 workouts each for a total of 12 workouts. For the eternal beginner, it says to do 3 workouts a week for 6 weeks for a total of 18 workouts. I probably would benefit from doing the 18 workouts. My question is, if you choose to do the 18 total workouts how should you vary the rep parameters?

I thought eternal beginner was 2 times a week. I'll have to look at the book again.

Instead of doing the first 2 sessions at 15 reps, do the first 3 sessions at 15 reps. Then add extra sessions for the 12 reps and 10 reps, like this:
A1 3x15
A2 3x15
A3 3x15 (extra session)
A4 3x12
A5 3x12
A6 3x12 (extra session)
A7 3x10
A8 3x10
A9 3x10 (extra session)

Yeah the book is unclear at this part, and I remember being confused at the same thing. I followed the actual schedule in the FLI section based on 3xweek rather than the Eternal Beginner section. Can't recall what each was off hand.

My book says 3 times a week for 4 weeks for eternal beginner. Maybe I have the updated version? There are a few corrections in the new version.
