LOG HELP!!
I'm somwhat confused on how to decipher the training logs. I've used logs before, but these are just not clicking in my head just yet.
Pls someone correct me if I'm wrong. Last thing I want to do is waste valuable time or have the incorrect workout mix.
I haven't trained with weight in a few years. And I finished several levels of the BFL back in the late 90's/early 2000's...so I'm used to logging and tracking my progess. I just don't get these yet.
Note to publisher...a sample workout log should have been provided in NROL.
Please someone confirm whether I'm getting this right.
Beginner Sample Workout Day 1 @3x a week.
Monday - Barbell Squats (work out A,1)
Monday - Dumbell Squats (work out A,2)
Monday - Pushups (workout B1, 1)
Monday - Pushups (workout B1, 2)
Monday - Seated row (workout B2,1)
Monday - Seated row (workout B2,2)
Monday - Step up C1,1
Monday - Step UP C1,2
Monday - Prone Jacknife, C2,1
Monday - Prone Jacknife, C2,2
