Default Should I Continue Down the Same Path?

I've been chugging along with NROL for about 6 months now. I'm feeling real good, and looking much better than I did. This week is week 4 of Hyp II for me.
The problem is that for the first 5 months or so, I did the workouts, but didn't really focus on my diet. So I was getting stronger and more toned, but I wasn't really losing any weight, nor was I getting much leaner. I just recently started TNT, which I read about a lot on these boards. My question is, should I continue with NROL the way I am, or start with the TNT workout or even go back to Fat Loss? I'm following the Eternal Beginner workout, so after I finish Hyp. II, I'm on to Strength I and II. I almost think that switching back to Fat Loss would be more beneficial to me. Any thoughts??

If you want to lose weight the only way to do it is to eat less calories than you're using. The weight lifting program you're doing at this point are not relevant to weight loss for the following reason:

As a noobie lifter you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time but eventually your body adapts. From what I have read this happens around six months for most people. You're at that point it would seem. So you can gain muscle or lose fat but you can't do both. (Without steroids)

If you want to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you're using. It is that simple.

There are a vairety of ways to do this but according to Lyle Mcdonald if you do a metabolic circuit training type of weight lifting (like NROL Fatloss) at a calorie deficit you will not only lose fat you will lose muscle mass as well.

Peronally I had a lot of success with Lyle Mcdonald's Rapid Fat Loss but it is not for everyone.

The "Caveman" diet aka Ketonic diet also has worked for many people. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketogenic_diet

I'd recommend keeping with a caloric deficit and then doing... well, whatever you want. Pretty much any training combined with a good diet should have good effects.

There is a chance that intense strength specific training might bonk if you're not getting enough calories. As a noob you might be able to get away with it (I'm a noob too). Only way to know is to try!

well I think you needed to balance both your exercise and diet cause if you focus a lot on exercise but not your diet there will be an imbalance in your system.
