Default Changing weights

Hey everyone I'm doing the NROL break-in and I was wondering if this was wrong to do. Like I first start out doing a heavy weight when doing my first set of squats but then when it comes to the second set I have to lower the weight in order for me to complete all the reps. Is this alright to do.

In the hypertrophy and strength routines I would prefer to do it this way (IMO it's ok to not complete all the reps at the same weight). For the fat loss routines, where you are not really looking to build muscle, I'm not so sure.

For the Break-in I would choose a weight that allows you to complete both sets.

BreakIn is the phase that let's you learn movements and get ready for the rest of the phases to come. You're finding the weights you can do to complete all reps with good form, and I'd personally not go high enough that you have to lower the weight for the next set. But I agree with OG about STR and HYP… those are more about pushing it as much as you can.

the rests are pretty short in Break-In - I'd pick a weight that you could do for all the sets and reps.
