Default Work out confusion

Ok folks, I am new here, and I think I am the only one who can't figure this out, guess I need a CLEAR picture painted for me...let me explain my confusion.

I have the soft cover version, for example on pg 217 it says Fat Loss II, Do each of the workouts six times, alternating between them, 2,3,4 workouts a week. Under "Workout A" it shows Alternating Sets, and then the example...

Front Squat
Workouts 1,2 3 Sets, 12 Reps, Normal, 60
Workouts 3,4 3 Sets, 10 Reps, Normal, 60

Wide-Grip seated Row
Workouts 1,2

And so on all the way down the page...so Here is my confusion. Do I do Front Squat, Wide Grip Alternating Set, the Supine and Barbell Push, then Dynamic Lunge-Upper body russian twists... All at 3 sets of 12 reps...and that is ONE work for the day?

Do I do each of the two workouts six times PER WEEK? Per Day?
aarrrggghhhh why am I so confused...here is what I need...

Day 1
Front Squat 3x12
Wide Grip 3x12
Alternate between them

Day 2
Supine HIp
Barbell push

Something in this format, plain as day...

Can anyone help? Why am I not getting this?

Do all of the exercises listed for workout A in one workout. The first (and second) workout is 3x12 and then the third (and fourth) workout is 3x10.

Make sense?

You're going to end up doing three supersets per exercise, or 18 sets per workout.

no.

let's say you workout MWF
you'd do
A on Mon, B on Wed, A on Fri, B on the next Mon, A the next Wed, B the next Fri
and so on

yes. he doesn't say for 3 weeks or 4 weeks or 6 weeks because you might choose 2 3 or 4 times a week - so he tells you how many times to do it- e.g. 6 times would be 12 workouts of 6A and 6B - and at 3 times a week that would be 4 weeks.

Assuming 6 times each, now you see how the writing specifies the rep ranges for times 1 & 2, the rep ranges for times 3 and 4 and then the rep ranges for times 5 and 6.
