Default What next after FLI? SI or FLII?

I did the break-in workouts and am about to complete Fat Loss I. My goals are to lose fat and get stronger (I am relatively weak). It seems that most folks go from FLI to FLII, but I was thinking of alternating between the Fat Loss and Strength workouts and doing FLI, SI, FLII, SII. Any recommendations on which way to go?

Have you gotten your food intake in order? How much weight have you lost?

If you're in a caloric deficit you'll continue to lose fat with either workout. I would say go SI just so you don't get bored.

Remember, the key is to keep your diet in order and keep working out. However you need to stay motivated is what you need to do.

No, my diet and exercise have been poor lately. We are trying to sell our house and I have been spending my spare time working on the house instead of exercising. We have also been going out to eat a lot, so my diet has been pretty bad the last few months as well. I'm trying to get back into a decent exercise and diet routine this week.

If that's the case, just pick whatever workout is most interesting to you and work through it to the end, and keep cleaning up your diet.
