Let me request if I may, some before and after photos from anyone here who is a big NROL fat loss advocate.

I'd like to see how lean you got using NROL. I'd be very impressed to see single digit body fat and clearly defined abdominals from someone who used only NROL fat loss routines.

That said, if you think NROL is working for you, that's awesome. As long as it's true for you.. then, what difference does it make what the reams of scientific studies say? Seriously.

What's the point of being antagonistic to her? They're not aimed at you. A bit defensive, eh?

Different strokes for different folks. Cosgrove will show you his stuff, and then Lyle will claim that Cosgrove stole it and use his stuff. Both theories *can* work.

And again, you're completely misrepresenting the audience aim for NROL. Getting to single digit bodyfat is a process that isn't going to happen in 12 weeks, unless you're fairly lean to begin with. The audience that NROL was aimed at was for the fat , out of shape person who wanted to get back into the gym, or someone who hadn't seriously lifted before. It wasn't at bodybuilders, or those who knew what they were doing already (although plenty of people at JPs did the routine who already did know what they were doing, but at the same time, I don't think that would have been the case had Lou not been active (and Alwyn to some extent in the earlier years of the forum))

What worked for you isn't going to work for anyone. NROL helped get you leaner, and you probably responded well to Lyle's approach because it was a changeup from the NROL programs. Studies aren't going to show that everyone loses muscle on the FL programs.
