Question Dynamic Lunge Reps

I started FL II and originally thought that one Dynamic Lunge rep meant one lunge with each leg. Then I read the description again and it reads "..., and lunge out and back, alternating legs each repetition." Some exercises specifically say that movement to one side or one leg equals one rep. I guess my question is this: Does 10 reps of the Dynamic Lunge mean alternating 5 with each leg for a total of 10 or does it mean alternating 10 with each leg for a total of 20?

10 per leg total of 20
or
think of it as RL + LR = 1 rep and then do 10 reps

Alternate L then R as indicated in the book.
Good Luck

I am glad you asked this question. Because on the rotational lunge he counts each leg a rep so I wasn't for sure on this either. I would have done it wrong thinking that was how he counted lunges.

I am confused too, but I have been counting L+R as one rep which is absolute killer when you have to do 25 reps! But I did notice in the text that sometimes there is an * with a note instructing to do each leg as one rep, and sometimes not like in Hyp. II But when you have to do only 3 reps, it seems weird to only do L+R+L so I did each leg 3x
