Default Minor Hamstring injury - safe to start FL I?

Wouldn't you know it I pulled my hamstring when I played basketball Monday. (During my week of rest of course)

It seems to be pretty minor, iced and compress wrapped it for the first couple days. Now it is only somewhat painful when it gets stretched, which I know will effect me squating.

The pull is slightly above the knee. I don't think I would want to start Strength section but FL seems like it would be workable.

I realize no one here is a Dr examing my leg but maybe someone has experience with minor hamstring pulls. (I don't)

I'm thinking I should go foward and since squating is the first exercise if it hurts too much I'll just continue to rest for a few more days.

Just looking for a second opinion or two.

Thanks!
