Question How to proceed?

I was hoping some people could give me their advice or thoughts on how best to proceed with the NROL program.

I started NROL back in January as an “eternal beginner." Most recently I completed the 4th workouts (both A & B) in Fat Loss II. However, I had to take a week off this past week because of work and wasn’t able to make it into the gym at all. So now I’m wondering if I should go back and finish off Fat Loss II’s 5th & 6th workouts…or just proceed to Hypertrophy I.

If I do go back and finish the Fat Loss II program, should I take ANOTHER week off before beginning Hypertrophy, or just jump right into it? Just a little confused on what the best way to proceed is.

I would finish off the workout completely. The way I view it is that if you have to take off, go on vacation, or eat poorly/cheat, get back to it as if it never happened and keep on with your goals. In my case, I took off a week in the middle of FLII because my knee was aching (pushing hard with 6 hours of hockey a week, some tennis, and FLII workouts), and wanted to prevent injury. I finished off FLII and went straight into HTI, where I am now finishing the second week, and am taking off the week after Memorial Day for vacation. This fills in the 2 weeks of rest that is suggested in the Eternal Beginner program, though admittedly not consecutive. My body has felt ok, however, so I've pressed on. If I deem that I need a longer break, I will do so; I've had long-lasting injuries in the past and I'm not willing to have it happen again.

I would finish the program. Take the week off. Then move on to the next program.
