Default Fatloss III to Hyp I

I am doing the "Serious lifter-seriously overweight" profile. I've lost about 20 pounds in the Break-In, FLII and FLIII.

So, for those of you that have made this transition, what am I in for?

I still need to lose a lot of bodyfat, but it's time to change up. Any tips, advice, etc. will be appreciated.

Thanks!

From what I recall, Hypertrophy I is an upper/lower split, so you'll be concentrating your exercises a bit more on those areas. Doing all of your upper or lower body work in the same workout WILL feel different, but it's a good challenge to adapt to I think.
