Default Difference in versions?

I just ordered New Rules of Lifting:Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle and I was wondering if there is a significant difference between this version and the original.

From what I recall Lou saying it was mostly just editing. But I could be wrong. I'm pretty sure there was a thread around somewhere…

There's some differences in terminology, i.e. Supersets in the first / hardcover version, vs. Alternating Sets in the paperback. The "Eternal Beginner" program changed slightly between versions also. I haven't looked closely at the other programs close enough to know if they were changed.

Is there some specific difference you are looking for?

No, nothing specific. I was just wondering if I should pick up both versions if they were to have a fair amount of different content.

Nope, essentially the same, plus I hear the paperback is bound a little better

I'm sure Lou would be happy if you bought multiple copies.
