Default Finished Fat Loss II

Just finished FL II this morning.

Sorry, bear with me for a moment while I do a small happy dance....

No more Bulgarian Split Squats with Overhead Press! (At least until the next round of FL II )

No more 30 second rest periods! (Oh wait, there ARE 30 second rest periods in the Hyp I and II. )

Oh well, least ONE form of medieval torture goes away for a while....

I just finished FLII on Sunday, and I was equally happy about the lack of BSS w/ OHP in my routine. Am starting Hypertrophy I tonight and am really looking forward to changing it up from the standard fat-loss routines and splits.

Congrats to you too...

Not taking much of a break between the two routines eh? I set my program up according to the "Eternal Beginner" in the original hard-cover book. That schedule calls for 2 WEEKS off... I don't think I'll take the full two weeks, but I'm going to take some time before I start Hyp I...

Well I took a week off somewhat recently because my knees ached a little bit, and since my girlfriend was injured at the time as well I figured might as well heal. I will also be taking a week off starting on Memorial Day, so I figured that I'm in the clear on this one.
