Default Quick question

I left my NROL book and logs at home and I'm going straight to the gym after work. I am on Workout B5- in hypII (5X6; Deads, then D lunges, and step ups). what is the rest period? I thought it was 90 seconds but I'm not sure.

thanks
Todd

Thanks again. Oh and I forgot probably the most important question - anyone recall the tempo? I think it's 321, not sure though.
