When I started paying attention to my diet. I actually gained during the FL programs because I wasn't paying attention to my diet. Once I got focused on my diet, it really didn't matter which program I was on. Diet is really 90% of fat loss.

FLII for me also. FLII-B is brutal. For me it was harder than the giant sets in FLIII, which are also brutal.

MissJane is right on the mark though. It starts with what you eat.

Hi All
Quick intro.....
I am 47, live it Tokyo.
Been lifting for over 25 years3-4 times a week. I needed a proper routine.

Just started NRoL.
3 weeks of break in, then on to FLII............
I have been aiming at 4 session per week. usually achieving that.
No change in diet except to make sure that I eliminated all junk, and had a meal within 30 mins of a workout.
After 4 weeks of FLII I am seeing a sixpack. I am shocked that there is a result so quick.
I am keeping a log, and from experiance I can judge the weight to use, in order to get the number of reps needed.

Side benefit, the single leg work is making my knees feel better than they have felt in years.
Ciao
Stuart
