Default Man of constant obligation query

Hi all,

In Fat Loss 2 it says to do 2 workouts a week for 4 weeks = 8 workouts of A & B in total.

The programs are only set out for 6 workouts, what is the recommended rep range & temp for workouts 7 & 8?

Thanks,

KC

Actually fatloss 2 says "do each of the 2 workouts 6 times, alternating between them." so that's 12 workouts total, which would be 6 weeks at 2/week.

So you're really just dropping the later workouts if you're only doing them for 4 weeks if you follow the "constant obligation" template. IIRC, it cuts hypertrophy short too.

oh, i thought i was meant to do Workout A & B in the same session.

Get it now, thanks. I figure this is the best for me as I'm now playing sport twice a week, cycling once and a few rest days would be nice

Nope. That's why they're different workouts. If you were meant to do them at same time, they'd be same workout.

Fat Loss II, workouts A and B in the same session?

Wow... I believe I might drop dead if I attempted that...

Currently, I lay on the floor for quite some time after finishing workout B, quivering and trying not to cry and / or puke...

I second that! I wanted to curl up in a ball on the gym floor after the B workout.
