Default Hypertrophy Question

So I have been doing NROL for about a year and a half now, and I have been doing mostly fat loss programs to lean up. I have leaned up quite a bit, but now I feel like I need some Hyp to give my muscles some different stimulation as well as to build muscle to help burn calories. What I want to ask is: how do I do hypertrophy without regaining fat that i lost during the fat loss programs? I have heard that when you gain muscle you are bound to gain some fat along with it. Any thoughts?

As I understand it, once you start a bulking phase, you will gain some fat. The goal, however, is to lose it when you do your next cut and end up with more LBM than when you started your bulk.

Personally, it has always come down to my diet, regardless of what exercise I'm doing. I've actually gained weight during one of the fat loss programs (strictly due to my eating habits at that time) and also lost weight during a hypertrophy program (again, due to the my diet... was eating reasonably healthy).

I love to workout out, and love NROL. But the truth is, exercise is only a small part of looking great. 70-75% of looking and feeling great comes down to the food you eat.

DITTO! I actually gained a couple pounds while doing FLII - just finished yesterday. I found myself to be ravenous after those workouts. I could not really contain my diet.... So now, I will see how hungry I am doing HYPI! Diet is the most important for sure!

I am in Hypertrophy 1 right now, and am ravenous if I abide by a diet. I am 6'3" /215, and feel that if I do not eat alot more, then I actually start getting sick and am way tired.
I pretty much doubled up my protein and feel much better. I have been using this as a MRP: http://www.trueprotein.com/product_d...id=31&pid=6781

and that helps. Now I am just looking for good lunches and dinners.
