Default Lifting Logs specific to NROL

I was using similar logs for NROLFW and missed them greatly when I started NROL, so I used the format and made ones specific to NROL. Below is a link to the logs with all the workouts, exercises, sets, reps, etc on them. It is password protected to make sure you own the book to look at it! Copywrites and all! Click on link below and then click on the "click here to start download" button on the left side of the screen - boxed in yellow. The password is the last word on page 251.

You're welcome.... I put all the workouts on different sheets, so hopefully they will work well for you. One thing I read here is there are different interpretations of the book as far as what exercises are to be done as alternating sets or which ones should be done as straight sets. I have the hardcover book and had a hard time trying to figure out which.

From other posts here, it seems the soft cover newer edition does a better job of saying which is which. I like the NROLFW way of doing it as A, B1, B2, C1,C2. There was no guesswork there.

SOOOO - if anyone has the softcover and can go thru my logs and maybe point out which ones I didn't guess correctly on, I could fix them.

Hi,

I'm new to NROL, in fact, I'm about to embark on the Break-in Program. At this point, is this password-protected log of value to me? If so, how do I obtain the password?

And how does it differ from the blank pages available in the book or at http://thenewrulesoflifting.com/inde...d=13&Itemid=30

Thanks,
DStaigl

Here is the new link! I updated the file to not superset HYP I B deads and squats. Oops... The password is the last word on page 251 of the book. It already has the exercises listed in it. There is a tab for each workout.

PS - It won't let me edit my first post in this string with the new address.

If you still have trouble, use the contact form or PM me, I can reset you. The problem is different editions of the book. I need to go fix that particular broken window.
