Default Injury Question

OK Got a question for you all? I suffered a back injury and have not been able to lift for about 5 weeks. My back is starting to recover. When I can get back to the gym I need advice. So do I start back at the beginning of the work out program or just the phase I was in?

I'd post in the Injuries and Rehab Forum. Undoubtedly you aren't going to get back in the gym and lift like you were pre-injury. Take it easy and slow, working back up to where you were before the injury.
