Default Hypertrophy I Nutrition

I am doing FL2 right now, but I will be starting HP1 in a couple of weeks (which I am very excited about!), and I was wondering how many calories/percentages of protein carbs and fat you guys would recommend for me. I am 19 years old, 6'1", and weigh 176 lbs.

What's your goal?

Doesn't the book have a formula and some nutrition info? It's been a while...

I am a male and my bmi is around 23 i'm not sure about my fat percentage. i just chose to follow the beginner program in the book. i eat around 3000 cal/day right now, but i understand i am going to eat a lot when hypertrophying (my goal is muscle gain) and am just wondering how many calories and stuff i should have.

Are you losing fat on 3000 a day? How much? How fast?

well i should clarify
3000 calories on workout days and around 2500 on rest days
i'm not sure how much fat i have lost, but my weight has stayed pretty constant for the 3 months i've been doing nrol because while i've lost fat, i've also gained muscle (i'm pretty much a beginner so i guess my body is adapting well), especially in my legs!

Sounds like you're close to maint, then.

As long as you get enough protein, just add maybe 250 cals a day for a couple of weeks and see what that does. Adjust from there.
