Default Reps and Weights Query

Hi all,

Am giving the book a try, just started Hypertrophy 1 after doing the break in program. Did workout B this morning and nearly collapsed from exhaustion but just made it through, boy did I sweat.

Have a query in relation to the changing reps, eg 15, 10 & 5 and what people are doing for load.

I'm thinking heavier on the 5 x 5 sets and slightly lighter load on the 3 x 15 & 4 x 10?

Unless specifically stated in the program, you can always assume that the lower the rep count, the heavier the weight and vice versa. Also, the shorter the rest, the lighter the weight. The longer the rest, the heavier the weight. The weight should be challenging for the reps listed.
