Answer: Prioritize your goals.
Whichever is more important
right now, pursue it with dogged determination, and when accomplished, set your next goal, and repeat.
IMO, it sounds like the additional 10 lbs is a higher priority, but I may be wrong. Go with FLIII - you've got momentum on your side and your goal is in site.
One other thing: is this your first experience with lifting? If so, you are building muscle and losing weight simultaneously.
