Default NROL advice

Guys,

I've had and read the book for almost 2 years now but have yet to ever do the workouts.

From Nov'08 I've been on Stronglifts 5x5 and have gained a lot of strength but I'm very bored of the workout and want to focus on something different - FAT LOSS.

I'm just curious with the correct diet in place (as you can't out-train a rubbish diet) what results did you guys see?

I'm currently circa 20% BF and would like to reduce this significantly.

A good diet and the FL programs will do the job! Mix in some HIIT on the off days and you'll see results.

Yeah, and many of the FL programs felt like HIIT lol.
